Giclée print with hand coloring of an original watercolor of the ship 'Robin Hood' by Mary Maguire.
'Robin Hood' was a tea clipper built by Alexander Hall and Sons in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1856. The ship’s best known commander was Capt. Cobb. The ship is best remembered for a 107-day passage to San Francisco.
'Robin Hood' is framed in a handsome antique darkwood frame with a gold gilt liner measuring 15 x 19.
Please inspect photos carefully and consider that each antique frame has charm (and perhaps imperfections) consistent with age that add to the appeal of the piece.
