Framed giclée print with additional hand-coloring of a watercolor of the ship 'Robin Hood' by Mary Maguire.
'Robin Hood' was a tea clipper built by Alexander Hall and Sons in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1856. The ship’s best known commander was Capt. Cobb. The ship is best remembered for a 107-day passage to San Francisco.
'Robin Hood' is framed in a handsome patinated antique stained-wood frame measuring 13 x 17 inches.
Please inspect photos carefully and consider that each antique frame has charm (and perhaps imperfections) consistent with age that add to the appeal of the piece.
